Luke Darracott returns to Secret Kingdoms to present his new book,  Hikikomori: journey from darkness. 

This is a tale from Japan. Natsuo is a “Hikikomori” a young man and a social recluse who, after more than a decade shut away from the world, finally finds a reason to leave his home. 

He unwittingly then finds himself undertaking both a journey through Japanese folklore as well as one of personal growth. This is a story as much about acceptance and society as it is the Gods and Monsters of old Nippon.

Luke is the owner of the Madrid & Darracott wine shop and tasting space in Madrid. He is a WSET level 3 distinction wine expert, a Kikisake-shi sake master and this is his third book.
