Join us for an evening with August Thompson, New Hampshire author and former Madrid resident, for a conversation on his debut book Anyone’s Ghost.

Longlisted for the Center For Fiction Debut Novel Prize and named a best book of the year by Amazon, Vogue and Elle, Anyone’s Ghost follows Theron and Jake, two friends that meet as teenagers one summer in rural New Hampshire. Over the next two decades and three car crashes, Thomspon beautifully creates a modern coming of age love story that has been guaranteed to if not fully ‘change you’, at least definitely ‘make you cry’.
